We are pleased to announce that Yuji Okubo has joined the firm as a partner. He is qualified in both Japan and the State of New York and has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, including experience gained during his secondment to the legal department of a leading Japanese trading house and working at Clifford Chance US LLP.
He will lead our domestic and cross-border corporate practice with Keisuke Wada.
